The Graduate Programme:
- Our Wealth Management Graduate Programme offers an exceptional opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial advice within one of the UK's leading wealth management organisations.
- Over two years, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of teams within our Wealth Management function, developing a broad understanding of the financial advice journey and the services that support both our advisers and their clients.
- Working from our London office, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals across the business, contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives that directly support our network of financial advisers (Partners) and more than one million clients.
- Alongside practical experience, you'll benefit from structured learning and professional development, including support to achieve the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
- By combining professional qualifications, real-world experience and exposure to senior stakeholders, the programme will help you develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to build a successful career in wealth management.
- All graduate roles are offered on a permanent basis. Following successful completion of the programme, you'll continue your career within the Wealth Management division, applying the expertise and experience gained throughout the programme.
What You'll Be Doing
During the programme, you'll rotate through a number of teams across the Wealth Management function, giving you the opportunity to:
- Develop a deep understanding of financial advice, wealth management and the client journey.
- Gain exposure to the services, propositions and capabilities that support our Financial Advisers (Partners) in delivering excellent client outcomes.
- Analyse data and produce insights to support business decision-making and strategic priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations and communications for a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Contribute to projects that enhance the adviser and client experience.
- Support the development and delivery of strategic initiatives across the Wealth Management function.
- Build relationships with colleagues across the business and gain exposure to a wide range of specialist teams.
- Participate in projects within the Wealth Management Chief Executive Office, helping shape the future direction of the function.
What We're Looking For

You'll ideally:
- Be studying or have completed a degree in any finance or humanities subject.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Be comfortable working with data, identifying insights and presenting findings clearly.
- Show initiative, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Be able to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a genuine interest in financial services, financial planning and delivering positive client outcomes.

Additional Information
- This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three office-based days per week, with additional attendance required where business needs dictate.
- Occasional travel to other UK office locations may be required.
Eligibility
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
- This programme lasts for two years. Please note that the programme does not currently meet the minimum salary threshold required for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Therefore, we are unable to accept applications from candidates who require sponsorship to complete the programme.
Special Requirements:
- You will be required in the office a minimum of 3 days each week and more when the business requires. You may be required to travel to our offices across the UK from time to time in this role.
- To be eligible for this vacancy, all candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
- This programme is due to last for 2 years. If your right to work is based on a Visa that will expire before the end of the programme, it may not be possible to employ you in the role as at present, this programme does not meet the minimum salary thresholds required for skilled worker visa sponsorship under the UK Home Office guidelines. As a result, we're unable to accept applications from those requiring visa sponsorship in order to complete the programme.
