Apply early
Early application is recommended. The deadline is 9am on Monday 26th October 2026.

Only eligible applicants go on to Round 2, so make sure you meet all the criteria for the role.
Right to work in the UK
All applicants must hold the ongoing and permanent Right to Work (unrestricted) in the UK.
The application process
Five rounds to your first consulting role.
Throughout the process, we will want to hear about your motivations for a career in management consulting and with Oaklin, the skills you would bring, and examples of times you have shown them. Your examples can come from anywhere, whether that's university, work, volunteering or your personal life.
TrueFit assessment and online application
Before registering your details or submitting a CV, you will be asked to complete a short pre-application assessment via TrueFit. This stage is designed to help identify your understanding of Oaklin, the company culture and what it takes to be a Business Analyst. Following completion, you will instantly be able to apply to the opportunity.
Pre-recorded video interview
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you will be invited to complete a short video screening via Jobma. This stage provides an opportunity for you to share more about your motivations, strengths and interest in the role, while enabling us to gain a deeper understanding of your suitability and potential ahead of the later assessment stages.
Online psychometric assessment
If successful, you will be invited to complete online assessments designed to evaluate aptitude, behavioural preferences and potential for the role.
Live video interview
If you successfully complete the online assessment, you will be invited to a video interview covering skills, experience, motivations and interest in Oaklin.
Assessment day
For the final round, if successful, you will be invited to one of our assessment days in London. The day will give you a chance to meet more of our team and put yourself in the shoes of an Oaklin Business Analyst as you demonstrate your problem solving, analytical and communication skills. You will receive a preparation call with a member of the recruitment team before this stage.
